House of the Dead: Fear

A nurse turned into a biological test subject and scarecrowesc monster. This nurse was that great at his job and has many complaints towards him, when a mysterious man entered the hospital asked for a volunteer or two that they would miss, they offered up this poor guy. Fear can induce fear so great it can either cause severe mental damage or scare you to death. Hope he looks good. Enjoy
